Born from a problem we know well
For years we ran websites, APIs and infrastructure for companies and clients. The script was always the same: a service went down and we found out from a phone call or an angry email.
Monitoring tools existed, but they were often complicated, expensive or far removed from the needs of people working in Europe: prices in dollars, data outside the EU, no Italian e-invoicing, support only in English.
